A short trip to Sungai Tekala gave me the recovery from the "overheat" . I used ND8 grad filter for this shot, gonna love ND8 too. If you want to avoid hustle and busy life this is the place! But I guess any water fall will do right?

~Wedding~ 31th Dec 2008

Some say preparing wedding is one of the most stressful periods

Some say during the wedding day it was fun...... (The list goes on and on)

but to me it was honourable to capture their precious moment.

On 31th Dec 2008, it was a big day for Christine (Kenny’s sis) and Mun Keat. This lovely couple was sweet and charming (especially Christine who have lots of facial expression and also photogenic).
Recently I was a little busy therefore will try my best to upload some other wedding photographs taken last year.

Was testing this 50mm prime ~ shot it a f/1.4. this pic was not as sharp because there is a huge layer of glass( dirty glass!!) in front of it.

I wonder, does this pic give you a movie "like" feeling? hmmmm

BOKEH!!! BOKEH!!! BOKEH!!!!!!

I went out with my cousin Joshua the other day to get two units of Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM. I used to think that getting a zoom lens from 24mm- 40mm with f/1.2 will be perfect but not till I tried this 50mm prime. The results were astonished, with fast AF, useable at f/1.4, and also the Canon colour!!

We spent a hour plus just to test a few more units of this lens to make sure that we obtain the sharp copy. I also tested a Canon EF 17-35mm f/2.8 L in YL camera Pudu plaza, but at 100% crop it wasn't as sharp as this 50mm prime. Interms of colour the 50mm is comparable too but I still prefer the L.

Both the above pictures were taken at f/1.4 straight out from the camera with no PP at all. Gonna love this baby a little more right now~
